It is never too hot or too cold. There is not a four-lane highway for 60 miles either direction. A long commute is 15 minutes. We had a bit of snow this year to remind us that we haven’t been totally forgotten by the weatherman. I first discovered this secret spot in the summer of 1958 as a high-school student. After traveling extensively all over the world, I returned to my adoptive home in 1975. I have been watching and helping develop this special section of the Oregon Coast ever since. My wife, Bev and I have raised two children and sent them into the world to find their calling. Now with a wealth of experience and love of this area, I am ready to share this place with others that are looking for a special piece of heaven on earth.
